Highway Intelligent Traffic Solutions, Inc. was founded by Merle “Butch” Abbott, and was incorporated in 2007 in the state of Texas, with a performance motto  “WHEN QUALITY MATTERS” contact H.I.T.S.

  • Concentrating it’s main focus on Commercial, Industrial, Design Build and transportation projects primarily on City, County and State projects.
  • H.I.T.S. has always been on the cutting edge of technology and has an extensive background and experience in electrical contracting.

The employees of Highway Intelligent Traffic Solutions, Inc. are constantly in training due to the dynamic nature of the construction industry. This ensures their familiarity with every facet of the tasks required to get the job done.

H.I.T.S. employees are the most highly trained and certified in the industry. The management team at H.I.T.S. strongly believes that education is priority one & such training is mandatory for all employees. Our belief is that a well educated employee reduces the risks of accidents and ensures good quality workmanship.
